Vera’s uniqueness is expressed by the soft and elegant features and by the tangible and shiny details. The comfortable Vera armchair has a frame made of solid Canaletta walnut, the iconic Porada wood, and is designed and finished with the elegant know-how and craftsmanship typical of Porada’s production.
The distinctive detail of these modern living room armchairs is the backrest, entirely made of Cuoietto leather and embellished with embossed stitching. The backrest embraces the soft seat and back cushions that can be in fabric or leather, with completely removable covers.
The contemporary style, given by the combination of materials and the availability of different finishes, makes this elegant armchair perfect for any modern living room or hotel and restaurant living areas.
Gabriele Buratti, architect and professor of interior architecture at the Design department of Politecnico di Milano and Oscar Buratti, architect, together founded the BURATTI ARCHITETTI studio. The Studio has a multidisciplinary practice, which covers buildings and urban areas, architecture to interiors, furniture and object design, as well as design of exhibitions and showrooms. An intense and varied professional path in which themes, places and typologies, brands and people, materials and craftsmanship, mingle together. Buratti brothers share with Porada the intention of combining culture and professional specialization, experimentation and technique, original visions, and product quality.
“We don’t believe in striking gestures, but in the ability to transfer into the object a broader view of the space, good technique and care of detail.”
