Marked by soft lines and rounded corners, the Bilot modern nightstand is conceived and designed by Marconato and Zappa. This furniture piece is characterized by an elegant structure in solid Canaletta walnut – available in Moka stained and Wengé stained versions, as well as in the natural finish – with a top made of the same material.
Bilot wooden night tables, thanks to a practical drawer available in a different finish, create an ingenious game of contrasts and stand for the harmonious combination of functionality and aesthetics. Maurizio Marconato - Terry Zappa
Maurizio Marconato – 1961 and Terry Zappa – 1963 were both born in Como. They studied architecture at Politecnico di Milano University, where they graduated with honours in 1986.
After few years of experience, in 1991 they founded Studio Marconato & Zappa Architetti Associati. They have worked in the design field since 1981, creating products for major home and office furniture companies, working together through all the steps of bringing a design to the market, from the main concept to the marketing, and supporting them with graphic, photography and creation of exhibition stands. Their collaboration with Porada has led to the creation of many sophisticated design products, including the wonderful Pilar table.
