Nature of underwriting
With exception of what above specified concerning navigation data, the User is free to provide your personal data. The provision of personal data is optional or mandatory depending on the purposes for which the Data is processed. The refusal to submit data indicated with the symbol (*) or with the word “required”, will make impossibility to reply of what required by Data Subject or let Data Subject use the services offered by Data Controller.
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
To perform the contract between the parties or the purposes, your personal data may be processed by company controlled by Porada Arredi Srl or by companies contractually linked to Porada Arredi Srl.Moreover, your personal data may be communicated to recipients that are part of the following categories: – subjects providing services for the management of the information system and communication networks of Porada Arredi Srl; – Studies or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; – platform managers for the services listed above (site hosting, youtube, etc.); – Competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies, upon request.The subjects belonging to the aforesaid categories act as Data Processors or act in complete autonomy as separate data Controllers.
Data transfert to a third country and/or international organization
Personal data are not transferred to a Country outside the European Union.
Data subject’s rights
You can exercise your rights as expressed to articles 15 and subsequent of the UE Regulation 2016/679, contacting the Data Controller by sending an e-mail to privacy@porada.it or by dialling 031766215. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller the access to your personal data, the rectification of the data, the erasure of the data, the restriction of the processing. Moreover, if applicable, you have the right to object to the processing, in any time, and you have the right to withdraw the consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before withdrawal. Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of Regulation EU 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned Regulation EU 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/) and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9 paragraph 2, letter a), you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time.In case of request of data portability the Data Controller shall provide you with your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Modification of the privacy policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to change, update, add or remove portions of this privacy policy at any time. In order to facilitate this verification, the privacy policy will contain the indication of the update date.
